Al Batinah Pipeline Network
Large-scale pipeline trenching and backfilling works spanning 12km across the North Al Batinah region. Scope included trench excavation, bedding preparation, pipe laying support, and full reinstatement to highway standards.
Industrial Road Infrastructure
Construction of internal access roads, hardstanding areas, and drainage systems within an industrial development zone. Works included subgrade preparation, base course, asphalt surfacing, kerbing, and stormwater drainage.
Commercial Complex Construction
Full-scope construction of a multi-unit commercial complex including structural works, MEP coordination, external works, and fit-out. GEIS is acting as main contractor with full project management responsibility.
Utility Corridor Trenching — Phase 2
Phase 2 of a multi-phase utility corridor project involving cable trenching, duct installation, and reinstatement works for a high-voltage power transmission route across agricultural and urban terrain.
Government Office Renovation
Full refurbishment of a government office facility including structural repairs, MEP upgrades, interior fit-out, and external facade works. Project was delivered while maintaining partial occupancy of the building.
Earthworks & Site Preparation — Logistics Hub
Bulk earthworks, grading, and site preparation for a new logistics hub within the Sohar Port Freezone. Works included clearing, bulk cut and fill, compaction, and formation of hardstanding areas ready for structural works.
Residential Development Supervision
Independent project supervision and quality assurance for a 24-unit residential development. GEIS provided resident engineer services, quality control inspections, and progress reporting throughout the construction phase.
Drainage Network Upgrade
Upgrade and extension of an existing stormwater drainage network including new culverts, manholes, pipe replacement, and road reinstatement. Works are being carried out in a live urban environment with minimal disruption to traffic.
Industrial Facility Maintenance Contract
Ongoing planned and reactive maintenance contract for an industrial facility at Sohar Port. Scope covers civil maintenance, building fabric repairs, drainage maintenance, and minor works across the site.
